Q1 2025 Maps and Navigation Apps Performance in Portugal

In the first quarter of 2025, the top maps and navigation applications in Portugal showed varied performance trends on a unified platform, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Wikiloc - Trails of the World demonstrated a strong performance with its weekly revenue peaking at approximately $3.6K in early March. The app saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, reaching around 3.9K in late February, while weekly active users increased from 6.2K to over 11K by the end of March.

Circuit Route Planner experienced a consistent revenue flow, maintaining around $2.7K weekly in February. However, downloads saw a sharp decline early in the quarter, dropping to just over 300 in February, with a slight recovery to 600 by the end of March. Active users followed a similar downward trend, decreasing from 3.6K to just above 2.1K.

TomTom GO Navigation maintained a steady revenue, reaching around $1.9K in early March. Weekly downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 200 and 300 throughout the quarter. Active users hovered consistently around 1K, indicating a steady user base.

Radarbot Speed Camera Detector showed notable fluctuations in revenue, peaking at $1.1K in February. Downloads decreased to about 550 in late February, but active users remained robust, averaging around 5.5K, despite some fluctuations throughout the quarter.

Finally, Navionics® Boating saw its revenue rise to $1.6K by the end of March. Although downloads remained low, averaging around 90, the app maintained a small but stable active user base around 180.
